REC Sector Groups
Whilst REC Corporate accreditation may engender trust from our clients, in order to provide the best possible service to our Clients, we need to ensure that we are at the forefront of developments within the Education and Childcare Sector.
As an accredited member of the REC Employment Sector Group, we can do exactly that.
Furthermore, the rigorous validation procedures and criteria for membership are a demonstration of Absolute Education’s dedication to professionalism in the provision of staffing services to Education.
Membership of both Sector groups is dependent on Absolute’s commitment to unique Codes of Practice. These can be downloaded on our Vetting Procedures page in the Schools section of this website.
The ALP is the trade association for organisations that provide and use temporary, contract and seasonal workers within Gangmaster Licensing Authority sectors and is a centre of expertise and good practice for both labour providers and labour users alike.
The GLA regulates those who supply labour or use workers to provide services in agriculture, forestry, horticulture, shellfish gathering and food processing and packaging. Members are subject to regular audits to ensure their compliance with statutory employment law. Whilst it has no links with the Education sector, meeting the GLA’s compliance criteria is an excellent benchmark for a labour provider’s commitment to quality.
